人生有幾多個十年，20歲的方力申代表香港參加奧運，30歲成為一位演員，踏入40歲的他，希望做一件既有代表性又有意義的事。小方和水有著不解之緣，所以決意將這創舉變成慈善，促成「方力申香港環島泳45公里慈善挑戰」。活動最後籌集了超過1,000萬港幣善款，給100萬名缺水的貧困人口提供潔淨食水，同時為他的學生，為下一代樹立榜樣，堅守目標相信自己，將愛和勇於挑戰的決心傳承。 水，從前帶給他的是勝利，現在帶給他的是一份使命。 超過365日的訓練，歷時超過10小時的挑戰，由訓練、事前準備，到慈善挑戰當日，紀錄「環島泳」的點滴，剪輯成激勵人心的紀錄片，並希望透過此紀錄片喚起大家去完成夢想的勇氣。 How many decades could our lives last for us to achieve our lifelong dreams? At the age of 20, Alex Fong represented Hong Kong in the Olympics. At the age of 30, he was already an actor. Approaching the age of 40, he hoped to accomplish an event that is both memorable and meaningful. Alex has always felt an indissoluble bond with water, so he decided to organize a fundraising event related to that, which eventually turned into the “Alex Fong’s 45km Swims around HK Charity Challenge”. At last, over HK$10 million donations are raised for providing clean water to 1 million needy who lack clean & safe water. At the same time, he would like to be a role model for the next generation, sticking to the belief, willing to take challenge, and sharing love with each other. Water, brought him victory in the past, and brings him a strong sense of calling now. From the time of preparation to the day of the charity challenge, the documentary tells the story of the “45km Swim” by revealing footage of more than 365 days of training and over 10 hours of the swim challenge. We hope that the documentary can be an encouragement for the audience to pursue the dreams of their lifetime.
