No kneading, no fuss, just a simple method that delivers bakery-quality results right at home. Ingredients: Water - 1 cup (220 ml) Fresh yeast - ¾ tsp. (3 g) or dry yeast - ½ tsp. (2 g) Bread flour - 2 ½ cups (320 g) Salt - 1 tsp. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Stretch, fold, and use my "lift and slap" method for extra elasticity. Rest for another 30 minutes.
