Beast Wars: Transformers Review | It Maximizes Your Inner Child... But Terrorizes Your Inner Critic!

Beast Wars: Transformers is the tien-in, released in 1998 on PC, of the homonymous CGI animated series first broadcast in 1996. The game is set during the events of the first season, but takes its own direction and tries to five an ending to both factions. It's a third person shooter in which the titular transformers must switch between beast and robot modes to survive the environment and fight various enemies. This game is VERY difficult and suffers from cluncky controls. Not a game for everyone, not even for all the fans of the original cartoon!
