Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool to room temp and then refrigerate. CREAM CHEESE LAYER: 1 package room temperature cream cheese 1/4 cup confectioners sugar 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 1 container cool whip *Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract together until creamy. Fold in container of cool whip. Spread evenly on top of cooled cookie dough crust. GLAZE: 1/2 cup sugar pinch of salt 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp. lemon juice *Mix above ingredients in saucepan. On medium heat bring to boil stirring constantly. Once to boil, cook for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
