If Whatsapp can not send text messages or audio messages to a contact then the first thing what you do is restart your iPhone and check if whatsapp can work now. Another common reason is because of the bad internet connection.So,the first thing what you do is check if there is internet connection in your mobile or not. Try opening a site or a YouTube video. If there is no internet in your mobile then try toggling on and off your WiFi in your iPhone. Restart the router and check if there is internet connection in your mobile or not. If you are using cellular data you need to make sure that you have data left so that WhatsApp can work in your mobile. If there is internet connection in your mobile but also if whatsapp is not able to send the message then you need to make sure that the contact to whom you are sending messages has not blocked you in whatsapp. So, the way to check if open whatsapp and open the contact. You should be able to see the time when the contact last checked his whatsapp unless he has opted not to show. The other thing what you can check if if the contact is the person who frequently update their profile picture then you won’t be able to see their updated profile photo any more. Also if you try to call them then you won’t be able to voice call in Whatsapp. So, if they have blocked you in Whatsapp then you won’t be able to send them message any more. Also make sure that you have correctly saved their number. Also if the number is blocked by the SIM card operator then you won’t be able to send the message in their number. The other thing what you can do is update Whatsapp. check if there is update available for whatsapp or not. Open the “App store”. Tap on the search icon. Type whatsapp and search. Now if there is an update pending update the whatsapp and check if now you can send sms or audio message. This way the chat in your whatsapp message also won’t delete. The last step what you can do is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it agin.
