Whether it’s the inspired combination of tonewoods, the voice of the pickup, or Maegen’s unmistakable touch—more likely all of the above and then some—it’s got a magic that’s hard to put into words. I’d be thrilled to keep this one for myself. Logan: We share the same last name, so maybe I was always going to be biased--but, what a delight of a guitar. This Maegen Wells plays and feels like so much more than a strictly-jazz archtop. I'm having even more fun tuning down and exploring some fingerstyle tunes and arrangements.
