Emerson is a long-time friend and member of Innovate Island, regularly making an appearance on our Friday lunchtimes before or during his breakfast, and it’s always a pleasure when we get the chance to meet in person at the ISO and ISPIM and other international events. Join us this week as Emerson John-Charles, shares news and views on how innovation is made real under the Caribbean sun. Emerson has recently taken on a lecturing role at a local University and just one of his classes has over 100 pupils. We might even get some insight into where he gets his boundless energy and stamina. Emerson is a key player in innovation in the Caribbean and has a significant role in adoption of innovation best practice in the region as he chairs the Innovation Association of Trinidad and Tobago When he’s not advising SMEs, spearheading national innovation centres, attending and speaking at international conferences, he can be found hiking the rainforests, coaching calisthenics, or satisfying his voracious appetite for books!
