OCI (Overseas Consulting Inc.) was a corporation of elites seeking to control the middle east. After the Democratic Revolution, Mozadek refuses to honor the 650 million dollar contract with OCI. Joe Kennedy was a friend of the mob and Fascists, and the powers that be thought that JFK would play ball with them when he got to power. However, Kennedy is reluctant to use U.S. troops in Cuba, and is shocked and offended by operation Northwood and fascist plots around the world, and does not play along with the power games of the elites. In 1973, Santos Trafficante tells Daniel Sheehan's investigators that: 1) Richard Nixon asked Santos Trafficante through Howard Hughes to set up an anti-Castro cuban assassination team to take out Fidel Castro and the other Cuban revolutionaries. 2) Santos Trafficante sets up the team. 3) This team decided on their own to kill JFK. The first two statements appear to be true, the third does not. It is much more likely that the team was ordered to carry out the assassination by players higher up in the chain of command.
