Today I’m along the Fort Bragg coastline, listening more than talking. After a short introduction, there won’t be any narration—just the sound of the ocean and the wind, the way it really is out here. This video moves slowly through several places along the coast. MacKerricher Beach… the Pomo Bluffs… Ward Avenue Beach… Hare Creek Beach… Glass Beach… and Otis Point. Each location has its own rhythm. Some waves are gentle. Some are restless. The wind changes, the tide shifts, and the sound never quite repeats itself. Let it play while you rest… while you think… or while you drift off to sleep. There’s nothing to focus on. Nothing to solve. Just the quiet of the coast.
