Al-Jubeiha is one of the areas of the Greater Amman Municipality, and the center of the University Brigade of the Capital Governorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It is located northwest of Amman and has a number of residential communities and tourist areas. This area is characterized as a historical link between a number of Amman neighborhoods. It is bordered by the eastern regions of Amman such as Tabarbour, Tariq and Dahiyat Al-Aqsa, to the north by Shafa Badran and Abu Nseir, to the west by Sweileh, Tla' Al-Ali and Umm Al-Summaq, and to the south by Abdali, where Jabal Al-Hussein and Basman are. Jubaiha is confined in general between Jordan Street to the east and Queen Rania Street to the west. The Jubaiha area consists of several neighborhoods, including the University neighborhood, Al-Rasheed neighborhood (the Qatana neighborhood is popularly called the Sports City), Al-Mansour neighborhood, Al-Zaytouna neighborhood, University housing, and others.
