Earthqauke Safety for children

Hello to both Big and Small! You are welcome one and all! I'm creating some fun story time videos for my grands and anyone who wants to join the fun! Today we tackle earthquake safety and what children can do to stay safe, calm and feel more in control when an earthquake strikes. If they have a plan they will be more able to not only stay safe, but feel safer. Feel free to teach and help children memorize my earthquake saying and my May May earthquake song. Also, practice often (maybe daily at first; then weekly and mov on to monthly) what to do in the event of an earthquake. Then focus on helping them memorize the song and saying, so they really key in on exactly what they need to do when the ground below begins to move. Remember ~ We are teaching confidence , not fear; and that matters! Let's all learn how to stay safe during an earthquake.
