(WYBDR) Day One on the Wyoming Backcountry Discovery Route First day of our trip on the WYBDR consisted of leaving Denver Colorado and heading to Baggs WY. It was surely going to be a very long first day indeed. As we arrived in Baggs, we eat lunch and refueled before making our way to Encampment WY. Halfway from Baggs to Encampment we ended up getting separated from our buddy Jonathan. Somehow he must have missed his turn or something and went the wrong way as Tracy and myself ended up continuing on the correct route. After waiting for a very long time we never reconnected with Jonathan we continued on to our camp spot where we would figure out what we would be doing at that point to track him down.
