They’re then brought to the USA from overseas, either by air or boat. Common Claims of these companies are: "Lowest Prices!" "Just as good as another Company!" "Price Match Guaranteed!" Tier 3 Guidelines: The Good: Providing low prices in the market keeps others’ pricing in check. So, these can be a really great solution for organizations with short term needs. Typically, they include 1-3-year parts replacement warranties. The Bad: The importers that bring these to the USA have very limited control over the supply chain and services are limited. Product quality can suffer as a result if you don’t consistently monitor the products coming in. The Bottom Line: If you need a 1-3 year solution at a lower price point, these options can truly be a life saver for organizations of many kinds. However, you should expect to have some technical problems with minimal support at some time during the 1-3-year lifetime and thereafter. Tier 2: To keep costs down, Tier 2 LED Displays are made with foreign components that are then integrated into aluminum cabinets at factories here in the USA. They typically have strong software solutions and include multiple options on warranty and service.
