Gaumukh yatra solo journey | gangotri to bhojwasa | simuli uttarakhand | gaumukh glacier trek part 2 :    • गौमुख यहां से होता है मां गंगा नदी का उदगम...   gangotri temple is situated at the height of 3100m in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand , from gangotri there is a trek of 20km for Gaumukh glacier the origin of river bhagirathi at the height of 4023 m . gaumukh glacier is the 2nd largest glacier of India it is about 30km long and 4km wide ,as like it's name Gaumukh it's snout looks like a face of cow . it is situated at the foothill of mt. bhagirathi peak .
