Ivan Ferguson, 23, of Nevada, and Graham Evatt, 20, of Decatur, Georgia, were granted a $355,000 bond on Monday for their role in a violent protest over the death of Manuel Esteban Paez Teran. The two were among six people arrested over the weekend following a violent riot over Teran's death, in which they allegedly set a police cruiser on fire.
