James is a Psychotherapist who has worked across the NHS and third sector and will be sharing his journey from studying psychology and what qualifications and experience is required to work in roles throughout the mental health sector. He now runs his own practice and supports people to achieve optimal mental health. This webinar was hosted as part of 'Access Aspiration', an employability and education programme by the Mayor's Fund for London. The programme aims to create visibility of careers and pathways into employment for 16-18-year-olds through aspirational experiences with employers big and small.
