I do have done more than 15,000km with it and I even made a video review about it. I am not going to explain with so many details what exactly it is and how does it work, because I already did it in the first video. Basically, it is more like an alarm that can track your motorcycle in the case of theft. You cannot track it unless the alarm is activated. It recognizes you through this chip and sends a signal to the device that everything is alright, but as soon the bike move without it it will ring your telephone and send you the GPS coordinates every minute until you stop it. Another difference from the rest of the trackers is that this works with its own battery, so you don't need to connect it to your motorcycle battery, which is good especially if you don't ride very often. They have made a lot of changes and I am going to talk about it later, but let me tell you first what was my experience with it and what problems I had during that time? When I had it, as I said two years ago they still use the first design and it has some small problems. For example, the battery should last a year but mine finished in about 6 months. I contact the customer service from the app, they are great, and they told me what I have to do. 1st is the device status update: I need to go through the settings and set it properly, for example, the status update intervals need to be as long as possible. Mine was once per day, which is mean that every day the device needs to contact the app and this uses a battery, not I set it to once per 40 days. The second problem I had was with false alarms. I change the sensitivity level from high to normal and the false alarms stopped. The third was to turn off the location updates. Since then no problems whatsoever. Now I have even the new design which is basically the same except for the key. It has a little bit of a different shapes. The changes are a lot and there is no way for me to remember it so I have to read it for you guys. Last time I had some people commenting that this device could be easily silenced with a special technique. This is true but in any situation, it is way better to have it than not. It is there to stop 90% of the thieves for the rest you should have some other security options. For example, even that I have the device I also always have my disc lock on the front wheel. It is very hard to destroy it and provide another layer of protection. In a few words, this is one excellent device and I highly recommend it to each and every one of you.
