It is one of the largest covered bird parks in the world, often referred to as the "World's Largest Free-flight Aviary." The park is part of the larger Perdana Botanical Gardens and offers a unique and immersive experience for visitors. It covers an area of over 20 acres and is home to over 3000 of birds (200 species of birds), many of which are exotic and colorful. The aviary is divided into different zones, such as: Hornbill Park, Parrot Paradise, Waterfowl Park. The birds roam freely within their designated areas, and visitors can walk through the park, enjoying close-up views. In my opinion, the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is a must-visit for nature lovers, families, and bird enthusiasts, offering a peaceful retreat with a blend of educational and fun experiences. Location: The park is conveniently located in Perdana Botanical Gardens, a short distance from central Kuala Lumpur. It's accessible by car, taxi, or public transportation. Best Time to Visit: Early morning is the best time to visit when the birds are most active and the weather is cooler.
