Limoncello is super easy to make at home, although it does need a little time to soak. You can make it with your own homemade spirits, or with a high proof spirit like everclear. I love this stuff, it's delicious after a meal. The perfect way to finish of a great night. In fact, it's one of the only spirits I will ever keep in the freezer, its really good ice cold.
