Tests-Fluidity test & Compressive strength test Post Tensioning Systems • DYWIDAG Post-Tensioning System - Multiple Anchorages (MA) tendon • UPS Systems - Flat Anchorage (FA) tendon Proposed grout mix • Cement in standard 50kg package (Ordinary Portland Cement) • Water = 0.44 x 50kg = 22 kg= 22 liters • Admixture = 0.4% weight of cement (50 kg) = 200gm StoCrete AEG • Mixing sequence = water – additive – cement • Min mixing time = 3-5 min Fluidity test • Fluidity test will be executed by means of a flow cone. • Flow time is measured with a stop watch. • It is the measurement of time for 1 liter grout takes to completely flow out of the cone. • It is carried out immediate after mixing. • The flow time should be between 10 to 25 seconds.
