They’re perfect size, since they’re not the standard loaf, they’re definitely not too eggy tasting and reheating them is simple! Join me in the kitchen to see how I made the perfect egg loaf chaffle! EGG LOAF CHAFFLE RECIPE: 4 - Eggs 4 oz - Cream Cheese at room temperature 2 tbsp - Butter at room temperature 1/2 tbsp. - Maple Extract 1/2 tbsp. - Cinnamon 1/2 tbsp. - Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 - tbsp. - Sweetener of Choice ( I use Swerve Confectioners) Blend or Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Cook in your Mini waffle Maker for 3-5 minutes, or until desired crispiness. *if you like crispy chaffles add 1/8 tsp of baking powder.
