To reach Ahaldara from Njp one need to reach Birik by Share car. Just from the out side of the New Jalpaiguri Station catch a car which is going towards Kalimpong or Gangtok. Get down at Birik, the homestay can arrange a pickup from Birik to Ahaldara. You also can take a reserve car from Njp to Reach Ahaldara it will cost you around Rs 3000 - 3500.
