Crush or blend graham crackers, stir in protein powder (optional) and set aside 2. Add eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla in a bowl and whisk 3. Dip bread of your choice into egg batter 4. Transfer bread into the graham cracker crumbs and press down, making sure the bread is coated 5. Heat griddle to 350 or pan to medium heat 6. Melt butter on pan or griddle 7. Place french toast onto pan or griddle for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown, adding more butter before flipping 8. Let cool completely and transfer to bag to put in the freezer or eat fresh and enjoy! This french toast typically last about 3 months in the freezer, reheat in the microwave, pan, or toaster oven.
