European Tour 26 - Flooded - Where now?

Episode 26 of our European Motorhome Tour reminds us that life on the road doesn’t always go to plan — and that’s half the adventure. After staying an extra day at Les Roches Bungalows & Camping in Conil de la Frontera (thanks to Alan losing a tooth and needing an emergency dentist visit 😬), we finally set off… straight into torrential rain and flooding. With no destination in mind and keen to escape the bad weather, we make a spontaneous decision to follow the southern coast of Spain eastbound, driving until it feels right to stop. That night? 👉 Wild camping in a supermarket car park — from dentist drama to bargain overnight stop! After a peaceful night, we push north again, making countless calls before finally securing a pitch at Bonterra Resort in Benicàssim. In the space of 48 hours, we go from our cheapest stop of the trip to the most expensive — classic motorhome life.
