Makes 8 half cup servings at 3 points per serving. Stuffed Cabbage Casserole: 1 pound of lean ground beef (96% fat free) 1 pound of ground chicken or ground turkey Brown meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder and set aside. 1 head of cabbage chopped 1 onion chopped Sauté cabbage and onion in pan with cooking spray. Add desired spices. 1/2 cup of uncooked white rice 16 ounces of tomato sauce 1 can of tomato soup 1/2 cup water Spray baking dish 9 x 12 casserole. Add meat to bottom of pan. Add 1/2 cup of uncooked white rice. Then add sautéed cabbage and onion. Top with tomato sauce and tomato soup plus 1/2 cup water. Pour over cabbage. Cover with foil. Bake for 1.5 hours at 325 degree. Makes 8 servings 1 cup each. 5 points on blue.
