In this video, I'm sharing my personal experience with a ceremonial haircut - a deeply meaningful process that helped me let go of more than just damaged hair. This isn't a "how-to" guide, but rather my journey of discovering what this ritual meant for me. I open up about why I felt called to turn a simple haircut into a ceremony, how I almost backed out due to cost concerns, and the surprising emotions that surfaced when holding my cut hair.
