This video offers essential information for anyone installing the new Secure's H3747 for a multizone heating system. It's also relevant for those transitioning from the legacy #Horstmann ChannelPlus range. To retrofit an older #ChannelPlus and control an existing wired #thermostat, go to the Settings menu and select "Add wired device." The system will automatically assign the next available zone, typically zone two. You'll then be able to control the schedule or your wired thermostat from the wireless programmer. The provided wireless thermostat will control #heating zone one and act as the #programmer for all the other zones, including hot water, if required. The new H3747 also works with a mobile app, either locally via #Bluetooth or fully remotely, if the optional Wi-Fi adapter is installed.
