here is the synthetic 40°C cycle in the aquacycle, washing a load of mixed colours. very similar to the IZ's synthetic cycle, just slight differences in aquacycle's spin programming. this cycle could do with some proper intermediate spins, like newer models have. it rinses well with just the one short 650rpm spin, but proper interms are extremely important for me. an additional 300rpm burst is added to the intermediate spin of the synthetic cycles. this is programmed-in and will happen regardless of load size. the final spin does not include this extra burst. as much as i love 2000s electrolux machines, i can safely say intermediate spin programming isn't their strong point. the only cycles that seem to have sufficient spin programming for most loads are the cotton-based cycles. energy usage for this cycle was 0.765kWh. 00:00:00 - introduction, loading, adding detergent, selecting cycle 00:03:41 - start and initial drain 00:03:52 - main wash 00:56:39 - drain 00:57:57 - first rinse 01:02:16 - drain 01:03:50 - second rinse 01:08:08 - first intermediate spin 650rpm (w/ very unbalanced burst) 01:13:50 - softener rinse 01:21:10 - final spin 900rpm 01:26:11 - anti-crease + waiting for door to unlock 01:27:59 - end and results
