Introducing T-Stat Tissue Oximeter 2.0 by SPECTROS. T-Stat is the first device to be labeled as “sensitive to Ischemia” and has been proven in multiple trials as an easy-to-use and reliable tool for assessing the adequacy of oxygen delivery to tissue. The T-Stat VLS Tissue Oximeter provides a continuous, non-invasive and localized measurement, sensitive to regional and global ischemia. T-Stat reports a capillary-weighted oxygen saturation which is closely related to a local venous saturation measure. The T-Stat Monitoring System: The complete monitoring system consists of the T-Stat VLS Tissue Oximeter and a sensor that is specifically designed for three unique applications. Each sensor contains a white LED light to illuminate the tissue in the capillary bed. The signal is then returned through a fiberoptic bundle for real-time spectrographic analysis. Reconstructive Microsurgery: T-Stat is used to monitor tissue perfusion in reconstructive microsurgery cases. The system is non-invasive, causes no harm to the tissue or anastomosis and is easy to place. The sensor is placed on the surface of the tissue, shines light into the flap and returns a signal that reflects the real-time oxygen delivery to the tissue. T-Stat’s success is a result of accuracy and reproducibility. Endoscopy: The endoscopic sensor is used to measure tissue saturation during endoscopic procedures. The small diameter and length of the sensor make integrating T-Stat into your cases easy. The endoscopic sensor is placed through the channel of the endoscope. Within seconds, T-Stat provides localized and continuous Sto2% allowing you to treat in real-time. Critical Care (NICU/PICU/ICU/CICU): T-Stat is a great addition to any critical care environment, for adults and children alike, providing valuable information to better manage AV differences via oxygen delivery, while preventing over delivery, and avoiding excessive blood draws. T-Stat has been shown to correlate closely to Swan-Ganz (PAC) Svo2. T-Stat sensors are FDA approved for up to 30 days. OnCall Remote Access: Introducing OnCall®, by Spectros. OnCall is a web-based application that gives you access to T-Stat readings in real-time, no matter where you are. Both St02% and localized hemoglobin readings empower you to make more informed decisions, all while not necessarily being bedside. Multi-functionality within the program allows for easy sorting, quick viewing, and both high-level or minute-by-minute overview of information. Now you can check the status of all of your flaps in one easy-to-access location. OnCall is HIPAA compliant and data encrypted. OnCall is an adjunct feature to be used for informational purposes only. Real Data, Real Time,...All the time.
