INCIDENT DESCRIPTION At 10:09 am on August 17, 2025, Engine 9 was dispatched to an uncategorized fire in the 400 block of N 36th Street in Fremont, Seattle, WA. Just as Engine 9 left the firehouse, the incident was upgraded to a full structure fire response. Engine 9 found a dumpster or trash can on fire in the alley spreading to a business. Engine 9 knocked down the fire and searched to determine whether it had spread to the interior. The fire was found to have not extended into the building. The incident lasted one hour and 14 minutes and there were no injuries reported.
