Diablo 3 Patch 2.6.6 - T16 Legacy of Dreams Explosive Blast Wizard Build Guide This is a build I have put together in Season 18 patch 2.6.6 which has been really fun to run both solo and in group play. If you like Explosive Blast and want to slay Torment 16 demons, this is the build for you! Edit: Updated link with swampland pants and modified passive skills to include Illusionist instead of Unstable Anomaly. Items and stat priorities can be found on the following d3planner link: https://www.d3planner.com/906937266 Legenday Gems (Levels): Legacy of Dreams (99) Boon of the Hoarder (50) Bane of the Trapped (As high as possible) Passive Skills: Evocation Galvanizing Ward Illusionist Audacity [GR Push Variant] Folks have asked for a GR push variant of this build so I put this together. It isn't the most effective GR push build for Wizard, but it should take you to GR100 - https://www.d3planner.com/988127388 If you find you are too squishy, you can replace SoJ with a Unity setup. It may also be more effective to swap to Halo of Karini+Ashnagar's based on your play style. Note, I have not had a chance to test this build, but this is where I would start.
