We spent the weekend in West Oahu and it was jaw-dropping gorgeous. Our first adventure was a hike to Ka'ena Point with stops to photograph the tidepools, lava coastline, and the beloved monk seals. Next, we took a short visit to Makua Cave to explore the place where Hawaiians believe mankind was born. We finished our day off by hours of snorkeling and watching the sunset at West Oahu's Makua Beach. This is definitely one of the best beaches on the island.
