Experience three flavors of large cookies made from one dough: Chocolate Chip, Coffee, and Double Chocolate. Perfectly baked, chewy, and irresistible! Note: The video has a typo in the cocoa and flour measurements—please follow the corrected amounts in the written recipe below. _Ingredients_ 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter 1 cup (200g) brown sugar 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 3 large eggs 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 3/4 cups (340g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp cocoa powder (15g) 2 tbsp flour (15 g) 2 tbsp coffee (12g) 2 1/4 cup chocolate chips + more chocolate for topping _Recipe_ 1. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth and fluffy. 2. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. 3. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder) directly into the wet mixture and mix until fully combined. 4. Divide the dough into three equal portions: For the classic cookies, mix in 15g extra flour and 130g of chocolate chips. For the coffee-flavored cookies, mix in 12g coffee and 130g chocolate chips. For the double chocolate cookies, mix in 15g cocoa powder and 130g chocolate chips. 5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop and the dough to firm up. 6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking sheet. 7. Shape the chilled dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each. Add additional chocolate on top if desired. 8. Bake for 14 minutes—if it looks a bit soft in the middle, give it a couple more minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Every oven’s a little different! Let them cool completely, they will be settled. Enjoy 🙂 Please like, subscribe and share my videos.
