Gradually add water and knead sticky dough. Cover it with cling and set aside for 30 to 40 minutes until double in size. Divide the dough in to three parts. Make ball like shapes from each part. Directions for chicken: In a bowl add chicken, chili flakes, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil. Mix and marinate it for 20 to 30 minutes. Then in a pan heat oil and cook chicken until fully cooked. Assembling: Roll out each dough ball with help of a rolling pin. Spread two doughs on two different baking dishes. Now prick each with help of a fork then spread pizza sauce on each. Top all of them with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, olives, mushrooms, bell pepper, capsicum, onion and corn. Now sprinkle oregano and red chili flakes on each. Method 1: Pizza in pot: In a pot add salt and preheat for 10 minutes then add a stand. Place your pizza pan on it then cover it with a lid for 20 to 25 minutes. Cook on low flame till your pizza sides are cooked. Then on high flame cook for 5 minutes so the dough is cooked properly from bottom. Your pizza in pan is ready to serve. Method 2: Pizza in pressure cooker: Place your pizza pan in pressure cooked over a stand. Remove your pressure cooker whistle, cover and cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Then on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes until your dough is properly cooked. Your pizza in pressure cooker is ready to serve. Method 3: Pizza in a pan Take a pan grease it with oil then place the pizza dough on it. Prick it with help of fork and then spread pizza sauce on it. Top it with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, olives, mushrooms, bell pepper, capsicum, onion and corn. Cover and cook on low medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
