Hailing from the Demonestary, this mysterious figure is sure to be a critical part of Rathe's stories. While the character is currently banned in blitz, he could continue to be an evergreen hero in the Classic Constructed format due to his ability to build decks with high consistency, redundancy, and flexibility. Revel in Runeblood was a boon to Runeblades from Everfest. This non-attack action card can be played at any time to gain the benefit of playing an NAA. However, you get full value from this card if you've already played an attack action card and a different non-attack action card. With those conditions met, Revel in Runeblood creates 4 Runechant tokens. Viserai's hero ability would then create an additional Runechant. Of course, on a Mordred Tide turn, two extra Runechants enter the arena.
