The Green River Community Food Warehouse exists for one purpose: to strengthen and sustain our local food system so no family in our region goes without. This video shares the mission behind GRCFW and highlights the frontline organizations that will be supported once the warehouse is complete — including The Help Office, the Senior Center, The Salvation Army, the Pitino Shelter, Oasis Shelter, and Crossroads. These organizations serve individuals and families facing food insecurity every single day. By creating a centralized food warehouse, we can increase efficiency, expand storage capacity, reduce waste, and ensure consistent access to nutritious food across our community.
