Mix 1/2 cup water and the yeast and 1 tbs of flour. Allow to sit for 3-4 mins to activate. Add the 2-1/2 cups of flour and the rest of the ingredients (except the Tbs of flour unless needed to make dough not sticky) and mix well. Set aside for 15 mins. Roll out to desired shape, place on a cornmeal sprinkled baking sheet and poke holes with a fork. Bake for 3-4 minutes remove from oven and top with desired toppings and marinara. Bake until desired doneness. Italian Style Soup 1 Bunch of Dinosaur Kale 3 Carrots 2 stalks of celery 1 onion 4 cloves of garlic 1-(32 oz) jar of marinara 1 quart of vegetable broth 32 oz of water 1 Tbs of Italian Seasoning Garlic and Onion Powder to taste 1 cup of noodles of your choice (cooked separately following package instructions). De-stem and cut the kale and dice the veggies. Add all ingredients to the pot. If cooking on the stove, cook until the veggies reach desired tenderness. If cooking in the instant pot, set it to high pressure, 3 mins, quick release. Add cooked noodles, mix and serve. Vegan Parmesan 1/4 cup of cashew 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast Pulse in blender until it resembles Parmesan Cheese.
