Most organizations have implemented elements of Zero Trust. Far fewer are successfully operating it day to day. In this recorded session, we explore what “day two” of Zero Trust really looks like once initial deployment is complete. Zero Trust is not a project. It is an operating model that requires continuous management, executive visibility, and disciplined governance to prevent posture drift and sustain measurable value. This session examines how identity-first security across Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access, device posture management, continuous visibility and logging, automation, and AI-driven insights must be operationalized to reduce risk while enabling secure productivity. Rather than focusing on tools or configurations, this discussion addresses the operating principles, ownership models, and managed capabilities required to keep Zero Trust aligned with business outcomes over time. Key themes covered: • Why Zero Trust often stalls after implementation • What must be continuously managed to maintain control effectiveness • How managed services are shifting from reactive support to proactive enablement • Executive-level visibility into risk reduction, cost predictability, and performance alignment Following the session, attendees were invited to request a high-level Zero Trust Operational Readiness Assessment to benchmark identity, access, device, and security operations maturity. If your organization has moved to Zero Trust but is unsure whether it is truly operating effectively, this recording provides clarity on the next phase.
