In that game, Sans finds out about papyrus wanting to start his own genocide route to stop the human from their murdering spree, Sans tried to convince him to not go through with it but papyrus ignored him and Sans was forced to kill him in self-defense, that made sans very distraught so he vowed he would set out to finish his brother's goal, no matter the cost. Girlfriend is nowhere to be found in this mod so it's up to Boyfriend to stop DustTrust Sans himself. Hopefully, we see BF and GF together in this mod in the future.
