PEZZOLATO TL650 + TB600 - Factory pre-test of the automatic combined cutting and splitting system for a major firewood poducer in the south of France (department of Vaucluse), from logs with a diameter of up to 600 mm. The system consists of a TL650 cutting station, equipped with an 800 mm SUPERCUT Hultdins sawing unit with professional chain. 404, capable of processing logs up to 650 mm in diameter, with the possibility of automatically adjusting the cutting section. The automatic vertical splitting station TB 600, with a push force of 30 tons, can handle logs of any type with a diameter up to 600 mm and a length up to 500 mm. The installation is also equipped with a 3-chain log loader with splitter, a 4.6 meter long feeding cradle equipped with loading dampers and liftable pusher, an elevated platform for the operator, a vacuum cleaner for sawdust produced during cutting, of four cleaning rollers to separate the waste from split wood and a 8.5-meter-long evacuation mat to unload the wood at a height of 4.2 meters.
