In this video, I’m sharing a look at my current works in progress for the spring–summer collection. I talk through a new dress design, a button-down cotton shirt, a pair of socks, a single-skein scarf, and a lightweight cashmere blouse — pieces that are slowly taking shape on my needles. I also reflect on how yarn choice influences the final fabric, from drape and texture to wearability, and why those decisions matter so much when designing for warmer seasons. Towards the end, I share a little about my intention to revisit and reknit older patterns — designs I’ve been meaning to return to, with fresh eyes and new yarn choices.
