This Webinar will outline a structure that we can use to support survivors of sexual assault through a difficult moment. We will explore various methods of intervention in a crisis, and the groundwork that helps us do that work. We discuss empathizing, educating, empowering, and active listening as the tools we use to help survivors restore their power and control post assault, and we will touch on some nuances of advocating for someone over the phone as well as in-person.
