अगर आप केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारी हैं या पेंशनर हैं, तो 8वें वेतन आयोग से जुड़ी यह खबर सीधे आपकी जेब से जुड़ी है. सरकार ने MyGov प्लेटफॉर्म पर 8वें वेतन आयोग के लिए एक नई ऑनलाइन Questionnaire लॉन्च की है, जिसमें 18 अहम सवाल रखे गए हैं. इन सवालों के जवाब के आधार पर तय होगा कि आने वाले सालों में आपकी सैलरी, पेंशन, भत्ते और नौकरी की शर्तें किस दिशा में जाएंगी. सरकार जानना चाहती है कि क्या 7वें वेतन आयोग का मौजूदा सैलरी सिस्टम आज के महंगाई भरे दौर में सही बैठता है या नहीं. खास तौर पर फिटमेंट फैक्टर, न्यूनतम वेतन, महंगाई भत्ता यानी DA, HRA और दूसरे भत्तों को लेकर कर्मचारियों की क्या राय है. इस Questionnaire में प्रमोशन सिस्टम, MACP, परफॉर्मेंस से सैलरी जोड़ने, पेंशन सुधार, NPS और न्यूनतम पेंशन की गारंटी जैसे मुद्दे भी शामिल हैं. इसके अलावा कॉन्ट्रैक्ट कर्मचारियों के वेतन, महिला कर्मचारियों के लिए सुविधाएं, हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस, CGHS, ट्रांसफर पॉलिसी और रिटायरमेंट की उम्र जैसे सवाल भी पूछे गए हैं. सरकार का मकसद है यह समझना कि आज एक कर्मचारी या पेंशनर को किन खर्चों से जूझना पड़ता है और सैलरी सिस्टम उसमें कितना मददगार है. यही वजह है कि इस बार सिर्फ आंकड़ों पर नहीं, बल्कि असली ज़िंदगी के खर्चों पर फोकस किया जा रहा है. यह ऑनलाइन फॉर्म 5 फरवरी 2026 से 16 मार्च 2026 रात 11:45 बजे तक खुला रहेगा. केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारी, पेंशनर, यूनियन, एसोसिएशन और आम नागरिक भी इसमें अपनी राय दे सकते हैं. फॉर्म पूरी तरह ऑनलाइन है और आपकी पहचान सार्वजनिक नहीं होगी. 8वां वेतन आयोग दरअसल अगले 10 साल की आपकी सैलरी और पेंशन की दिशा तय करने वाला है.
