PSA - If you have 6 ships you will need to scrap or trade one!!!! The game only allows you to have 6 ships and you will need one slot open to farm the scrap ships. You will also need "seed" money - I suggest 50-100 million. Be careful not to scrap your main ship when at the kiosk - make sure it is your purchased ship you intend to scrap!!!! Hopefully this video answers the question How Do I Upgrade the Storage on my Ship? This video showcases how to buy and scrap ships to score storage augmentation mods and thousands of nanites. In 20 minutes I got 4 augmentations and 7k nanites - considering the results of this farm are random your luck could be better or worse than mine.
