Quebec-based Cyberimpact has emerged as a major player in Canada’s digital marketing landscape, with the company recently named one of the country’s top 400 growing businesses by The Globe and Mail. The recognition marks a turning point for the email marketing platform, which has significantly expanded its reach outside its home province over the past three years. Originally founded in 2013, Cyberimpact specializes in email marketing solutions tailored for Canadian businesses, governments, and nonprofit organizations. Under the leadership of General Manager Geoffrey Blanc, who joined the company three years ago, Cyberimpact has scaled both its product capabilities and national footprint. Blanc attributed the company’s rapid growth to a focused expansion strategy that included cross-country events, outreach efforts, and enhancements to its platform. The result: a client base of approximately 10,000 organizations and an annual volume of over one billion emails sent — more than double what it was three years ago. While the majority of clients remain in Quebec, Cyberimpact has seen significant traction in Ontario and British Columbia. Its user base is largely made up of small and medium-sized enterprises, nonprofits, and public sector bodies — groups that often seek compliance with Canadian privacy and anti-spam laws, a key differentiator for the firm. Cyberimpact’s ease of use and strict adherence to Canadian regulations have helped position it as a viable alternative to U.S.-based platforms. Blanc emphasized the importance of this compliance focus, particularly for public sector clients. Looking ahead, Cyberimpact expects to maintain monthly growth rates of 40 to 50 per cent in email volume, driven by increased adoption and heavier usage among existing clients. The company’s momentum, according to Blanc, validates both the strength of its product and the growing demand for localized, privacy-compliant digital tools in the Canadian market. #Cyberimpact #EmailMarketing #CanadianBusiness #TechGrowth #DigitalMarketing #QuebecTech #StartupSuccess #PrivacyCompliance #SaaSCanada #entrepreneurship Mario Toneguzzi is Managing Editor of Canada’s Entrepreneur.
