Just arrived at Casa Rudy: a sealed copy of this Humans EP from 1980: 'Play.' The disc features the four tracks listed below, with side two being recorded live at The Catalyist in Santa Cruz, CA. Humans were a Santa Cruz-area new wave/surf band consisting of Sterling Storm (lead vocals, guitar), John Anderson (lead guitar, vocals), Eric Gies (bass, vocals), Jerome Deupree (drums), Dave Larstein (keyboards), and Lee Stewart (keyboards). Track List ---------------- I Live In The City (Storm) Play (Storm) Tracy (Gies) Pipeline (Carman/Spickard) ("Pipeline" is a cover version of the classic surf instrumental originally recorded by The Chantays in 1962.)
