The MP5 has been around since the mid-60s, it was starting designing in 1964 and they began fielding it in 1966. And it is still not only an active part of militaries and NATO forces around the world, but a very big and active part. Whenever you have a submachine gun role to fill, this is usually the go to and rightfully so. It is roller-delayed blowback on the inside of there. So I mean, for anybody that shot enough guns, it's it's certainly a different shooting experience a much better shooting experience than its competitors than like, direct blowback or whatever whenever you're shooting 9mm it's, it's you're kind of splitting hairs at that point, but it is a it is a superior system. Without a doubt. It comes in a lot of different variants, right? So this right here is just the standard, standard length MP5 right. Also comes in the K variant, right K means Kurs and Kurs means short, this is a tiny little compact. K, right. You also got stuff like the SD this right here is prolific Navy Seal, Charlie Sheen looking gun. It's an integrity suppressed, it's extremely quiet. And yeah, Integral guns, they bleed off gas on the inside of there. So they turn supersonic rounds into subsonic rounds. So it doesn't matter what kind of rounds you put in here. Unless of course, maybe +P but regardless, it turns out it makes it extremely quiet. You don't need any ears for this baby at all. Like it's nothing just like hold it near there. So yeah, all of them being chambered in 9mmr, I would say the effective range is about 100 yards, 100 meters right in there. But for anything inside of there it is an extremely reliable choice. Like I said, there's there's a real reason why people are still using these things today. They're incredible and they absolutely fill their role. so I mean, you pretty much get everything that you would want out of a gun like this. It's tri-lugged right up here at the end. So you can quick mount, you know, suppressors and things like that. And 9mm plus the suppressor is really, once again really hard to beat. Probably my favorite submachine gun, I own a B&T myself, I don't own an MP5, but this one's got me over here looking at it though. I'll tell you what I mean. These things are about as nasty as they come. I know I'm just sitting here complimenting the thing all day long. But I really there's next to no flaws. I mean apart from like proprietary magazines and everything you get from HK is going to be expensive, right? I mean, it's like buying a Mercedes Benz but apart from that, man, this thing's flawless.
