I missed easy positionals + my six sided star didnt go off in P3 rewind :((( yes the overwriting opos was intentional in p2 intermission and p4, it's to rush to get my burst off so I can get more GCDS in overall on the crystal & riddle of fire No we didn't use auto markers, Moharu & I marked everyone manually 🌟 =========================== 🌟 Wow okay, so I finally have some time to write my monologue. First off, what an amazing fight this is. The design and difficulty is just spectacular. Compared to TOP this was miles better in terms of raw design. It made for a far more enjoyable prog experience and we were able to actually relax and chat way more this time around. Arguably my favorite ultimate yet. Between this, DSR and UWU, I'd say this was by the far the most enjoyable prog experience I've had. The pacing of mechanics, the fact that a lot of them were taking from the savage felt great, and overall the recovery aspect makes progging so much more fun. I'm forever grateful to my teammates as always, you guys are the best, I couldn't have asked for a better group of friends and raiders to get this ultimate clear with. Our prog was smooth, everyone studied, and we put in the effort and necessary sacrifices in order to get the clear. All in all, I'm proud of everyone, and fully acknowledge all the hard work we all put in. I honestly can't believe I got a 99 on our first clear, rank 5 normal DPS at that, (at the time). It's my first 99 in an ultimate (outside of just nDPS), and it's one that I'm extremely proud of. I recall visualizing it every day in the shower, feeling what its like to clear and get rank 1 or a 99 in my mind and low and behold it came true. Manifestation is real guys lol. As with every ultimate, I feel I really leveled up once more throughout this prog experience. Coming into this fight, I knew my role as DPS and even though I had very little experience on monk prior to, I spent countless hours studying and analyzing logs in order to improve myself so we could make DPS checks as easy as possible. (It also helps we have one of the best Pictomancers in the game lol) I truly wanted to put it on myself to ensure I studied mechs and was as consistent as I could be; both rotation wise and mechanically. I challenged myself to keep my mistakes to a minimal, whilst also stepping up to help lead and aid the team in any way I could alongside everyone else. My goal for this ultimate was to co-lead the team with intangibles, filling in the gaps, reviewing footage/logs, and stepping up to lead in any way I could to help alleviate any pressure off Moharu or any other of my teammates. I also feel I did a decent job at aiding the design of the mitigation plan alongside Moharu & Dia, spending numerous hours outside of raid to ensure we consistently had enough mit to survive any raid wide even if we missed one or two. Even though I was going through some rough times mentally during stretches of our prog, I'm proud of the way I showed up every day with a focused attitude and mindset. I kept my consistency strong throughout and really focused on not having too many off days. I feel I solidified myself as a solid all around player with much to improve on with this achievement. While I hope this brings me closer to one day attempting to world prog, this most certainly has been a great experience and I couldn't have asked for a better result.
