Venus has been ravaged by an ongoing civil war (between Ishtar & Aphrodia), and teenagers live for a type of motorcycle roller derby. The Hero of the story (Hiro) seems to be an ace at piloting the Aphrodians' secret weapon (mono-cycles). This film is essentially about the planet Venus was hit by an ice asteroid, and thus cooled enough. It became colonized and life on Venus is divided by two nations and one declares war on the other in the middle of the 2nd bike-like race. The Bikers star 'Hiro' and his misfits rebel against authority.
