Luis Camacho was involved in a hit and run car accident the night of February 17, 2023. Luis is only 22 years old and doctors are giving him a 1% chance of ever walking again. Prior to the accident, Luis was an aspiring bull rider and auctioneer who owned his own horse shoeing company in Wharton, Rockin C Farrier Services. Luis has now spent the last 3 months at TIRR in Houston, TX as a quadriplegic. Luis has now been released from the hospital. He is wheelchair bound and will have to use a Hoyer lift. His current housing conditions are not equipped for his new lifestyle. On May 21st, we invite you to Dunbar Park for a benefit for Luis. Donations raised from this benefit will go towards Luis' medical and construction expenses to maintain his new way of life.
